Our Mission:
To provide customers real quality and value.

Every Sababa restaurant aims to offer the highest quality product, service & environment at the lowest possible price. Quality will never be sacrificed for profit.

We aim to use our competitive advantages to excel as the Middle Eastern cuisine market leader in Taiwan, and make it difficult for competitors to follow through a sustained commitment to quality and value. We will continue to build a loyal customer base by continually giving the customer more.

Shared Vision

Shared Vision:

To create an environment that both customers and employees really want to be a part of. Our team goal is to make everyone’s jobs, and lives, meaningful. This can be accomplished by first understanding each other’s personal goals, strengths & weaknesses. We must also make everyone realize that they are important, and that everyone contributes to making our environment better. Eventually, we will understand that we are all on the same team, and we have the power to not only “make someone’s day” but to also make people’s lives better.

Products and Concepts

Sababa is an emerging phenomenon being developed in Taiwan. It is a unique concept in that it offers customers high quality food, in an exotic restaurant environment, within a fast food pricing scheme and production process. In order to fully capitalize on the opportunity that is offered to us as a market leader, we have developed four distinct concepts that will allow Sababa to maximize its profitability and growth by offering franchisees choices based on location and their given investment budget. The four concepts fit together to create a business model that could potentially be created anywhere in the developed world.

We want to build Sababa from the inside. That means that our initial franchisees will have the opportunity to grow with us. We are very young and small right now, but we are going to grow to be verylarge and successful. You have the chance to be a part of that success. We further want to build a culture focused on quality and special service. Therefore, the selection of franchisees will be done very carefully. We can ensure the highest quality products, but that is only half the package. Store owners must realize the importance of their work environment, and how customers and employees are treated. Our concept is base on employees being proud of their job, so that it is not just the store owners who “Make Sababa Their Own”.

Concept A:

Sababa Express

Size: 4-9 ping
Concept Description:Breeze Following the success of the Taipei Main Station Breeze location, the numerous small location opportunities that have since presented themselves, the current economic conditions, and the Taiwanese eating community’s need for speed, we have developed an business model variation of the original Sababa Pita Bar. Sababa Express requires as little as 4 ping and NT 1 million. This concept is built on volume and speed. The menu has been modified in order to maximize efficiency, and introduce some new exciting items sure to catch the local market’s attention.
Startup Cost: NT 1,000,000
Best Model: Sababa Breeze (Taipei Main Station)

Concept B:

Sababa Pita Bar

Size: 10-25 ping
Concept Description:Gong Guan The original Sababa concept, developed by Tomer Feldman and Greg Walsh in 2006, Sababa Pita Bar has proven to be very successful. In only its third year of operations, the original Hoping location has grown to five, and the Sababa brand is well-respected around the island, despite current operations limited to Taipei City.
Startup Cost: NT 1.7 million
Best Model: Sababa Gong Guan

Concept C:

Sababa Bistro

Size: 25-50 ping
Concept Description:Tien Mu For customers and franchisees who want more, Sababa Bistro has it all. The spacial requirements are greater, as we need to incorporate all of the elements of Sababa Pita Bar, and significantly more. This concept includes a bar, a prepared food display, and a café. The overall restaurant setting is also more refined than the original Pita Bar, with more detailed renovation, furniture and fixtures. This concept is a step up in all areas.
Startup Cost: NT 2.3 million
Best Model: Sababa Tien Mu

Concept D:

Sababa Pita Bakery

Size: 60 - 100 ping
Concept Description: This is the next step of our central kitchen expansion. It will be owned by Sababa International Fine Foods Ltd. In addition to an advanced production process and enhanced equipment, the Sababa Pita Bakery will also serve as a marketing tool and retail outlet. Using the authenticity of our hand-rolled pita making process, we will turn our pita production into a “show”, where consumers can watch exactly how we make Taiwan’s best pita bread, then have the opportunity to buy it fresh out of the oven.
